The coating is manufactured by ArcelorMittal, the world's largest steel producer. As the sole representatives in Europe, we provide a written assurance of color consistency from ArcelorMittal. The D-Matt coating signifies exceptional durability, along with robust resistance against corrosion and scratches. Essential technical specifications include a decorative coating thickness of 35 microns, coating adhesion (measured by T-bending) of ≤ 1 T, bending resistance during T-bending of ≤ 2 T, impact resistance of 18 J, scratch resistance (measured using the Clemen method) of ≥ 1.5 kg, corrosion resistance classified as Category RC3, and Ultraviolet radiation resistance tested through the QUV (UVA + H2O) test for 2000 hours. The zinc coating measures at least 275 g/m². If you're seeking a roof with an attractive, matte, and granular texture, D-Matt is the ideal choice for you.
